Some amazon users have said the holes are misaligned but I did not have that problem at all. When you assemble this product it is just important that you start from top to bottom or bottom to top when you're aligning and screwing in the shelves, as well as going back to tighten everything instead of in the beginning. The shelf serves its purpose. As usual with any other rolling cart the wheels can be frustrating but this serves its purpose. I purchased the 10inxh shelf for my pantry, nothing falls out and I don't need shelf liner to keep small spices fixated.

I may have gotten a bad apple but I would never buy this again, recommend to anyone or purchase anything from the company.
It had rust stains and paint chipped before I took it out of the plastic.
I got mine, but putting it together was a major challenge. It was missing the handle, there was rust on it and most of the holes for the shelves were too big and the "˜G' screws would just drop in. I had to crimp the shelve holes slightly to get the screws to thread in.
Very poor quality for this.
It does not roll well
I got the 10 inch because I had 10 1/2 between the wall and fridge but with the wheels it's 11 inches.

The shelf arrived DAMAGED. It was bent and the box crushed on arrival. We made several attempts to repack it but it just wouldn'the fit back in the original box . The collections would not return my money, or offer to send me another one. My husband tried his best to strengthen it and had to replace 4 damaged screws also. I never had any bad experiences with Collections till this. Very disappointed in Collections.

I was excited for this product because I needed a skinny shelf next to my washer and dryer. For the price and size (which I couldn't find anywhere else on amazon!) it's perfect - hence the two stars.

HOWEVER: when I was putting it together the holes didn't line up well and I couldn't screw in the provided screws. On top of that, some rust was showing already AND the towel bar was missing!! The box was damaged when it arrived, but it didn't seem to affect any of the pieces because it was packaged pretty well.

Overall pretty disappointed.

I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could. The holes for the top shelf are misaligned and I wasn't able to put the top shelf in place. At some point I'll have to re-drill the holes or bend the shelf to make it fit, but I was able to get the other five shelves into place without too much fuss. The quality control on this could have been much better, and there were some minor scratches on the legs. I wasn't concerned much with prettiness for this cart because it was intended to be used between a wardrobe and a wall, so not much of it is seen.

Wobbly. Yes, it's tall and thin, so tends to be wobbly, especially because the wheel units twist around when I roll the cart so that one is facing inward and one outward and the other two can't decide what direction to face. It's worse than a shopping cart on a drunken binge. The wobble seems worst when the cart is empty, but don't stack things on the upper shelves without ballast on the lower shelves or else it will probably tip over.

I'm using my card to hold canned goods so I can free up pantry space. For reference, a box of PERRIER Lime Flavored Sparkling Mineral Water, 8.45 fl oz. Slim Cans (Pack of 10) fits when placed on its edge. I haven't used the towel rack, but it's sturdy enough for holding towels or using as a handle to pull the cart around. Just make sure to put one hand on the cart for stability if you have to move it.
