The product smelled okay, it cleaned okay, but it poured out of its spout way too fast, so you wasted a lot of product. The product is as thin as water, if it was thicker you would have better control over getting it into the grout lines and not on the tile.

I have a large kitchen/dining area, one bottle cleaned the whole kitchen. I will need more for the dining amd other tiled areas. You will need to leave the product on the full recommended time or longer depending on how dirty your grout is. Scrub well, and don't forget to mop with just clean hot water to soak up remaining product! (Some spots I had to treat twice, but the grout is beautiful now.) I used some Amazon scrubbers, threw on some knee pads and got to scrubbing.
