Ordered this product from Walmart.com for about $26-$30 or so. My kid skated with it for 2 hours, once. Good fit. Indeed adjustable: the 2 straps at ankle and foot are ratchet-cinched with quick-release. Length of the boot from heel to toe is also adjustable, with 4 stops: size 35,36,37,38 (probably in centimetres, like European sizes). A pushbutton on the side lets you set the boot length; front and back halves slide forwards/back on a rail and then locks into place. Even at the largest setting, the plastic shell has no gaps (at smaller sizes, the front/back layers overlap). The lining also has front/back halves so that they can accommodate different foot sizes. I saw reviews of other similar products saying that the lining didnt expand.

I was worried that the skate blade would be too curved (causing too much rockering), and also on visual inspection I wasn't sure the blade was sharp enough (with some rental skates the blade would let me slide sideways). But when we tried out the skates for the first time, the blade had the right curvature: straight enough to go straight, but also able to turn if needed. The blades were sharp enough to resist sideways movement but not too sharp that you can't scrape it sideways against the ice with a "hockey stop". (I hate sharpening blades because for the first 10 hours or so the blade bites into the ice and you can't scrape it sideways.)

Anyway, pleasantly surprised.

Again, disclaimer: I ordered it from Walmart.com; as far as I can tell, it's the same product.

Edited on 2017 Nov 15: skated +4 hrs for a total of 6 hrs. Still no problems.
