Setting it up was a bit difficult (it kept leaking) but we found the culprit and it has been working great. Best of all it has wonderful water pressure.

This product works and is a great value for the money. It is true that it is plastic and not the highest quality, but with that being said, it provides the same performance. If you follow the directions (yeah read the paper), installation is very easy, no tools required even (you will probably need to a wrench to remove your existing shower head first). The shower settings are all pretty usable and switching between the shower head and handheld is super easy. Washing my dog was a breeze this time around. Yes, if you prefer all metal parts, etc. go ahead and spend the money, however this product seems to work just fine. For $40 I will gladly buy another one if this one fails, which I don't see happening any time soon.

Happy with purchase. Both the handheld unit and the fixed head deliver strong massage-jet performance and have a "mist" setting I haven't seen before in a shower. Works at least as well as the WaterPik shower massagers I usually get. And it's nice to have the shutoff switch on the hand unit, as I have always hated wasting water while I soap up or whatever. .

Mounting is easy IF you follow the instructions. I needed an additional washer, which I snagged from my previous showerhead to get everything to seal up properly, but the instructions described the possible need for an additional washer, so it was still easy.

Minor thing: it feels lighter than the units I'm used to, probably used more plastic than metal, but doesn't seem to affect unit performance at all.

I'd have never found this in, say, Home Depot or Target but I think I got a better offering than either of those would have had.

I LOVE this showhead! It produces a nice large pattern of spray, and has enough other settings to satisfy almost anyone. I also like the message jet spray, feels great on any aching spots on your back or neck. It's easy to change spray settings. I like having the lever to switch from shower head to hand-held or both, or shut both off temporarily, but it's a stretch for me to reach it. Would be fine for a taller person, or a lower shower arm. I do not have great water pressure but this produces plenty of pressure as long as you use one or the other (not both at the same time). I did not remove the flow regulator from the main shower head either. I did remove it from the hand-held ... was easy by just screwing a screw part way into it and pulling straight out. As the directions say, your shower arm needs to have enough thread to push tightly against the washer ... or it will leak. First try, mine did, so I had to eliminate using the collar there. Where the hand-held hose connects to the bracket, the threads were kind of rough, hard to screw all the way in, so that leaked until I used a pliers to get beyond the rough spot and tighten it all the way. After that ... all is GREAT! Although mostly plastic, it appears well-made. And, unlike some other hand-held hoses I read about, this hose hangs nice and close to the shower wall.

We needed a dual-head shower because one of us likes the large stationary rain style shower-heads, and the other needs the handheld style. This one caught my eye because of the pause feature on the handheld shower-head. Of my caveats, one is that the handheld shower-head sits really high up on its holder. If your shower fixture sits high to begin with, as ours does, then it becomes a stretch on tip toes to get the handheld down. Tip toes in the shower can become a problem. Luckily we have a little ADA shower bracket that we can use to hold the shower-head within reach more easily. Another caveat is that the hose does not extend very far compared to similar products we've used before. Fortunately for us, it extends just as far as we need it to. Some have mentioned that if you use both shower-heads at once, you get less water pressure, and that's true. There is a water regulator inside the larger shower-head which can be removed if you must have higher water pressure. However, my warning would not be about the water pressure but rather about the hot water -- you will surely run out before your shower is over if you use both shower-heads, unless you have hot water on demand from an extra tank. We've taken to using just one of the shower-heads according to our needs and that seems to work out the best for us.
