When we moved to Oregon, after coming from South Florida, I couldn't find any Cuban foods at all. They were Mexican and that's not the same. When I found these cans of Yuca, I thought I was in heaven. Just be careful. It is packed in water and salt. Even after draining it out, the salt taste was still very much present. Overall, as long as you don't add any additional salt, this is a pretty good substitute for the real thing. I would order it again.
