Love this product, fits very comfy. Bought the size down from what I am because I'm losing weight, and I use it strictly for the gym - a little Albolene, saran wrap, this bad-boy + cardio and works like a charm!. Plus, with the graduated eye-hooks, it will last me awhile as I lose weight. Wish it had a few more bonings but really can't complain about it as it works well. Pushes the twins up, so if that's another effect you're looking for, it DEFINITELY does the trick. All in all a great investment!!!

I love this, I'm short 5'2 and short waisted. Typically the boning in these things makes them unbearable to me, as I sit a lot for work. This one is comfy because it doesnt have the boning in the front, there are 2 pieces of boning in the back but they don't bother me at all. It does a great job of holding me in and lifting up the girls. My only complaint is that it's not truly a sauna vest. It's not made of thick neoprene like I was expecting.

Loving this waist trainer. Tried several but none really gave me that "snug fit". After reading a few reviews, I decided to take a chance and order a small instead of my regular size medium. Glad I did. At first didnt think I could get it to fit but got it on without any problems and wore it all day while doing yard work. Holds you in good and keeps your posture straight while keeping breast sitting up nicely lol. For reference I weigh 156 pounds, 5'4 in height with a 27 inch waist and 34dd breast. If you really want a snug fit and flat look I would recommend going down a size. I wish they had an extra small cuse I definitely would be buying a second one :) And by the way keeps your back side smooth and dont roll up while wearing it so you can wear this under your clothing or while exercising

I don't know how I feel just yet. I have been using it to go to the gym, but it tends to rid up and move. It says it is thick, but it really isn't - its a think cloth material. It doesn't really slim me down either, it just feels like a tight shirt. Maybe I should have gotten a smaller size, but it doesn't really do much for me. I decided to actually add another waist trainer underneath, which is more of a neoprene material that makes you sweat and this over it. That's when it stays put, barely moves.
