Good For Medium Sized birds

My Pineapple Conure loves this cage, we have the 61 inch. It was pretty easy to set up and follow the directions. Just the first two steps needed an extra person to help me. It's very spacey for a medium sized bird. My Pineapple Conure kept falling off of the perches that came with it because they were too big for his feet and he could not keep balance. I suggest the 12 inch rope perches, he really liked them. They also move any way you want them, I attached the rope perch to the inside of the bar and then the door bar for when I open it he can easily come hang out. Over all I think this is a very good cage, I would definitely purchase another one soon for my cockatiel. I bumped down a star because it arrived late when I placed the order wenesday expecting it to arrive on Friday by 8pm for prime membership. It arrived Saturday 10:30am. The tracking info didn't help much until I inquired on Friday morning with customer service. I am just not happy about that part. Other than that I like this cage and would purchase again.
Annoying to assemble. Birds are happy

My parakeets are very happy with the ample space. Whoever wrote/reviewed the assembly instructions does not speak English properly and does not care about user friendliness. I agree with other reviews about poor design That does not catch the mess. This is the best option I have found, so I vacuum daily. Part of pet ownership I guess. That is why this gets 4 instead of 5 stars.
Cage is nice but the catchment system is a bad design that does not work

I got this for parakeets so the deeper two food dishes are too deep, but the other 2 are okay. The wire spacing is accurate per the description (1/2") except along the back corners. I had to cover these gaps all the way from top to bottom, which are almost a full inch wide. There are a few other design flaws as well. The catchment area at the bottom is very deep, for no apparent reason, and it is also wire, whereas it should be a solid material. When the birds fly in the cage the seed hulls and feathers in the bottom get blown all over and makes a mess under the cage, so I had to cover the sides of the catchment area. The sloped pieces that direct debris into the catchment area have a gap all the way around at the bottom (+/- 1/2"), so they catch the debris which then slides onto the floor instead of into the catchment tray.
Decent

Decent for the price. The directions seem like they were written by someone who is not a native English speaker; however, after studying the diagrams I was able to figure most of it out. Still have not figured out how to attach the seed guard--when I have more time I will give it another shot. It took me about 45 min-1 hour to unpack and put together. Also, like others have stated, the materials are a bit flimsy, but once put together it seems sturdy enough.
Five Stars

Excellent purchase. My Cockatoo bird of 20 years loves it.
