They floated as advertise. Used it for a formal party in the pool. Used fishing line to tie them up so they wouldn't float around and end up in the drain.

Bought these to float in my pool during a Christmas party. I attached a small weight with fishing line to keep all of them in place. Also, put waterproof, battery operated LED light in center. Big hit.
