I must tell someone about the customer service of this company. We had purchased 10 segments or 5, 2-packs of Madison Fence and the matching gate. It's beautiful and my husband and I (68 and 71) installed it ourselves for our two Pomeranian puppies. They love it, too, so much that they are always looking for a way out! They try their heads between every slat to see if they can escape. In a few places they have found that where the pieces connect there may be a 1/4 to 1/2 difference so this gives them the opportunity to slip out. When they first did it, I wrote Zippity and asked to purchase a post to block the one area they found. They sent it along overnight, I believe, at no cost. Unfortunately, I had to write them again since they then began discovering a few more only slightly smaller openings but just enough for them to cause us to worry they would get out when we were not watching. I asked Zippity if I could purchase 8 of the smaller slats to block those areas. Again, overnight shipping at no cost. This company is so fabulous and customer focused. They have a great product only exceeded by their customer service. What a bar they have set for other companies to serve the customer. Thanks, Zippity!
