I've purchased this product in the past and the item worked flawlessly as needed. This past purchase, I ordered the wrong size and discovered the error when they arrived. I attempted to return & replace the item, but Amazon said it was an 'Unreturnable Item". Why is that? It was unopened and not damaged. I guess I will have to donate them and lose my money!

The material that these are made out of are the softest I have found after trying many brand. They also can hold a lot for kids who drink a lot before bed and are not quite ready to use the bathroom at night. I would highly recommend them.
