Wonderful Doll/ Horrible Packaging

This is a very pretty doll. I sew doll clothes on Etsy and use Glitter Girl Dolls as a clothes model for Wellie Wisher doll clothes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the horrible packaging.
The doll is very hard to remove from the box. It is literally zip tied and taped to the box so tightly it was very difficult to even cut the ties. The clothes are sewn together! Tacking threads connect the dress to the leggings in several places. The shoes are taped to the dolls feet so tightly it is difficult to cut through it. The outfits are adorable but the shoes are rubber and ugly. Fortunately they wear the same size shoes as Wellie Wishers (54mm) that I can use for my photos. All the dolls came with their hair in pig tails. Once again the rubber bands are so tight that they have to be cut to be removed; once I removed them the rubber bands left deep creases in the dolls' hair that a month later are still visible.
The smooth body makes dressing easy. All in all a great little doll for young girls.
