This was one of the best purchases we made for our new gun store! It's easy to take with us to shows as well as use in our store. My printer fits right on top and makes it easier to use. The box is sturdy as all get out! It flew off my back seat of my van when I had to slam the breaks on, crashed to the floor and made a lot of racket, but otherwise it survived nicely. few scratches but otherwise you'd never know it went for a ride off the seat. Luckily it crashed to the floor and didn't hit us..LOL. My only suggestion would be to make the bill spots a tad wider. It's a little tight getting bills in and out. The removeable change tray makes it nice to store larger bills under so they're out of sight. The slot makes it handy to slide papers in so we don't have to open it each time. Thanks for making a great product. Will definitly buy again if the need arrives.

Product worked well when received. I used it 2x per week or less for 6 months and the drawer will no longer latch closed.
UPDATED to 3 stars to reflect quick response from vendor. Upon complaint, vendor immediately sent repair parts (with extras) at no charge. Repairs were quick and easy, requiring only a spring (provided) and a Phillips head screwdriver.

For being a returned item it's in GREAT shape.. so why not 5 stars? Doesn't always close and stay closed. (You'll see in video) I like the cash holders that flip down, VERY strong springs. Came with 2 keys, both fit. The coin holder part does come out easily, the entire cash drawer does as well, but not as easily as the coin (if removing the cash drawer you will also remove the coin trays) pretty solid drawer, no need to turn the key to open, just push it in and let go. Can not be hooked up wireless or wired to a register, with is fine with me. Has rubber feet to help it not slide.
Great drawer but one flaw.

Nice and heavy duty---doesn't move around if you press firmly to open. Solid quality on the outside and the money tray itself. The only reason it's not five stars is because the credit card slips often get jammed between the liner tray and the drawer itself since the plastic slot is just as small as the slot in the stainless steel face. The manufacturer could remedy this by making the plastic liner's slot much larger so there is no chance for it to slip between the tray. I "fixed" this by placing two layers of cardboard box underneath to kick the tray up a little so that the inside slot is more in line with the outside slot (still a few paper jams but not as much). Other than that: nice quality, nice protective packaging, happy with the purchase.
