There had been a delay in receiving the part to attach my iPhone to the binoculars. But the person responsible for client satisfaction at Gosky was incredibly helpful and did everything in his power so I could take the combination of binoculars and smartphone on safari. The binoculars work perfectly. They are easy to focus and provide a good view. Clear, crisp image, reasonable magnification, small field of view. Has a simply vinyl carrying case. Comes in a heavy duty cardboard box. Overall, better than I expect
