The package came pretty beat up and there were small chips on the sides of both panels which bummed me out, but the boyfriend said don't bother returning. It was a frame for him, so I followed his lead. Also, a few parts were missing, screws I think, which we can find substitutes for.

You need to be patient to remove the protective film. Other than that it's a beautiful frame. Comes with gloves for handling the acrylic, cleaning cloth and everything you need to frame and hang your artwork. I wish the pins were magnetic though, so you could be able to easily switch artworks of the same size without having to unscrew/screw all four pins.

Fantastic product of superb quality. Would have rated this product 5-stars, BUT the protective wrapping on the acrylic was overdone. Took a very long time to unstick the protective paper from each side of each pieces of acrylic. Yeah, protection is important and I of course want a flawless product, but there has to be a better way to receive this item.

Looks great - but seriously it took me 30 minutes to peel the little scraps of paper from both sides of the acrylic. Please make it so it peels off in at least 2 or two tries...
