How awesome.....a weight hula hoop for adults! I absolutely love hula hoops, it brings back memories of my child hood. My 6 year old daughter also loves hula hooping and this weight hula hoop has given her and I a chance to work out together with something very fun. The hula hoops is extremely easy to put together, I just used the picture on the box as a reference to make sure I put it together correctly. Be careful when assembling that you don't get your finger pinched between each piece, and also make sure you hear some type of click to let you know they are together completely. The weighted part of the hula hoop adds a higher level of expertise to make it work correctly, and I love the challenge. I up my number of hoops every workout and its extremely fun. I have seen tightening of my abdomen muscles and also my thighs/legs after using this hula hoop for about 10 days now. The weight of the hoop is great (3 lbs), it gives you just enough of a challenge, and the hoop is also quite large which is perfect for someone my height (5'8"). The hoop is fantastic quality and made well, the material is strong and will last for a long while I am sure. I also like that the hoop is padded, it is much more comfortable to use. Excellent and super fun hula hoop!

this is incredible, plus fun with my hula hoop I'm exercising and burning fat and calories, not only that but it also my children they also fun and not kept sedentary, resistant and perfect for each family member, when not saving much space. ideal for him at home, even in a family reunion or friends you can include and games, very complete for all kinds of occasions, I love it. I recommend it enough. a good and complete acquisition. I like.
