Effective and easy to use

I've been using this product for a couple of months. Depending on the condition of the user's heels it may take ONE or a few tries to get the results you want. I used it daily a few minutes at a time for a few days and subsequently only once a week. I haven't had to change the roller. It is very easy to use! The ergonomic design is perfect. A blinking light on the unit alerts you when it's time to recharge it. I've recharged it once or twice in two months. I follow each filing session with O'Keefe foot cream (also purchased from Amazon). My feet are better than ever! I definitely recommend this foot file!

My feet were in much worse shape than the feet of many here who posted pictures. They were calloused, dry, and cracked, especially on my heels. I neglected them for far too long.
After three days of use, I'd say they're 80% improved. They looked better after only one treatment. The cracks have been sanded down to the point where the skin is no longer catching on my socks or sheets. Many of the cracks are gone. Some I can still see, but they're fairly smooth. Some dry patches and callouses are gone - the ones that weren't so bad could be solved with one treatment.
I follow up each filing session with a slather of a foot lotion and clean socks. Two files I did after a shower. One I did dry. I can't tell if there was much difference. I'd say I spend about 5 minutes on each foot. No pain, no soreness. Very easy.
This product definitely works, BUT you have to commit to it. It's not going to one-and-done if your feet are really cracked like mine. Do it regularly, treat with lotion, you'll see change.
I docked a star because "80 minutes working time" isn't true. I got about 25 minutes before it started flashing red at me. That's okay - it's easy to charge up again - but 80 minutes is waaaaay off.

My feet are so smooth!

I had very dry, very cracked feet. I was using a cracked foot balm at night, but it wasn't working fast. Then i bought this baby. It works on wet and dry feet. I personally believe it works better on dry feet. It takes a little while to get everything on extremely dry cracked feet, so i used it for 10 minutes one day on wet feet and 10 minutes the next day on dry feet. My feet have been amazingly smooth and crack -free for over a week!! No more expensive pedicures for me, well, maybe just to have them paint my toes, but my feet honestly feel better than my last 2 pedicures! I love this, and am buying another for my sister
Easy to use!

Easy to use, good product, it gets the job done within a few minutes. Just need to charge prior to usage. It takes about an hour to two to charge. Just check out my photos you'll know what I'm talking about.
