Perfect exercise rope for indoor or outdoor use. Made of strong, durable material. Has a great weight to it for strength training. Recommend for home-gym use as well.

I have no issues with the quality, durability, or functionality of the the product, which are all good. My plan was to use a dry-walled load-bearing beam in my basement workout room as the anchor. I loop it around the beam. It works, but not without creating friction and damage to the drywall. So I tried wrapping a workout towel between the rope and the beam, which helps with protection. The bigger issue for me, which again is not the product's fault, is it's a bit too heavy. Being new to this mode of exercise, I probably should have gone a bit lighter. But I was concerned with going too light and eventually not being challenged enough. Bottom line is I'm not currently using it as much as I expected or hoped I would, but if you have the right setup (and pick the right resistance) this should work for you.

Nice price. Great addition to the workout. But after 2 sessions it's starting to fray. Probably will still work for quite awhile, but I think it's going to get vey raggedy.

Update after a year: it's been working great. It will outlive me for sure. Yes, it's a little ragged but I actually like it. It proves I'm using it. I have no regrets buying it.

This thing will wear you out if used properly. Melting fat by the ounces.

Whoever manufactured this rope did a good job with it.
