It was exactly as described. Easy to use, lays flat and smooth. Cards slide smoothly and the non-slip bottom keeps the mat in place. I do wish it had some care & cleaning instructions included. The price point I feel is a little high, but that did stop me from buying a second one for a gift.

It fits well on a dining table. Has a nice shimmer. Cards slide nicely. Does not move. Appears to be durable. I took it to our poker game last weekend and everybody loved it. However, it has a terrible smell. I sprayed febreeze several times just to be able to breathe around it. If you keep it rolled up in the case it will continue to smell. If you keep it aerated it should be OK. I think it is because of rubber, possibly better quality rubber will smell less. Taking 1 star off for terrible smell, otherwise it is a great product.

One edge was wrinkled (about 2" x 4" section) and I've deducted one star.. Should work for the purpose. Not bad, not great. It's ok. I might have been able to find cheaper material and shape it myself but not worth the effort.
