A few years ago I knocked my neck out of place and it's been a chore finding relief. I can't sit in my regular chair very long without serious back pain now. But this chair gave me instant relief. It's easy to adjust yourself and change up positions. I love that it rocks for the changing positions but I'm a figater and this allows me to move.
I suggest this for anyone! We all need to give our spines a break. I'm 5'9 and the height works great. My daughter is 4'7 and it worked great. She can not rest her feet on the ground like one if the images shown though. It's not needed though.
This chair has taken away my lower back pain almost completely because it uses different muscles and your core for a better posture. You will have to switch your position ...

Just what I was looking for! I'm a very active person and sitting in a chair all day at work as created lots of lower back pain...add to that more sitting during the commute to work. I was a little skeptical at first when purchasing the chair but needed to try something different before I lived the rest of my life as a hunchback. This chair has taken away my lower back pain almost completely because it uses different muscles and your core for a better posture. You will have to switch your position throughout the days because your knees can only take so much and your legs will need to stretch out occasionally but you can also use the chair as a stool which helps. I give 5 stars because it took away my pain, the chair is rather comfy (padded well), it's built decent (although, could be a little more solid), and it rocks back and forth to help stretch your back. Weight limit of 220! Keep in mind when purchasing!

I like this. Wasn't sure about sitting around with no back on the chair but it's actually quite comfortable and allows me to change positions easily/frequently. It's sturdy and has enough padding for me. I can't compare it to the more, (really more) expensive models but I think definitely worth the price.
Good form factor, but does not breath.

I would go higher with the stars, but the sleekform does not breath at all. My legs and butt are covered in sweat from sitting in the chair. Go with the mesh covering if can find one. Other then that I am 5'11" 160 pounds and years of play sports to hard has hurt my lower back where sitting for a long periods hurts my lower back, the chair fits me well and its nice to be able to rock a little. I have had other kneeling chairs, just wish I went with the mesh covering.

Everything was easy to put together took about 25 min or so. The chair is comfy and fun. I have not used it for exteneded seating yet only a few hours at a time at this point but so far I like it and it is very sturdy and well built. Time will tell how I like this type of posture for long term seating but so far so good.
