I'm in NYC but grew up in NM. This stuff is so tasty and hot (if you get hot) and delicious. I knocked a star off for value because I know how cheap Hatch chile is in bulk back home. But I'll pay anything right now for a little spice!

This salsa goes great with everything, from scrambled eggs to taco salad to nachos. It's really flavorful. It does tend to get moldy rather quickly though (because it doesn't have any artificial preservatives in it, just chiles, water, lime juice, salt, and garlic) -- so used it every time it sounds good!
