I use an acne scrub everyday and wanted something stronger to try a purge, so bought this and added a small amount. I previously have used another salicylic acid powder, purchased on another site, and I think this may be a little diluted compared to that, but this certainly did the job. If you are going to try this understand it's a case of looking a lot worse for a bit until things even up. I used enough to get a slight burning sensation after leaving it on for about 10 minutes. My skin was very dry then slightly peeling two days later. Makes blackheads very easy to clean out gently with proper tools. My nose was bad from not always removing makeup at night, but after a few days, they came right out.

This has to be hands down the best purchase I have ever made. I struggle with acne & have problems in the same area for years...Years! I opened the packet and there was more than I expected. I was actually surprised with how much I got. I started filling my half empty lotion, gel & treatment bottles with the powder and filled 5 or 6 to the brim. I can't use a couple bottles because the potentcy is too high so I am just going to wait until I run out then refill and dilute. The results were amazing from the first use. Dead skin melted away and those problem areas I had started peeling off. I am still working towards a fully cleared face with blemish free baby soft skin, however it's not a miracle worker. I have to not over use, otherwise it will burn and if it gets into your eyes it will burn like stinging. Now any lotion I have makes my blemish reduce in size and my dead skin autoexfoliate. I am almost at #nomakeup level but not quite yet. Love this product, would definitely recommend, in fact if you're reading this, don't waste your time with expensive peels and serums, just buy this! For real no joke. This small powder packet changed my life. I am not embarrassed to leave my house anymore and my confidence has increased all from this little powder packet.

I wasn't sure if I would have a hard time with this dissolving but it dissolves completely in oil. My serum is water based but I added 1% oil for the BHA acid. It's super easy, just weigh out your oil in a separate dish, add the BHA acid to the oil to dissolve then incorporate that into your serum. I used an AHA acid in a base of aloe and rose water. No issues with separation.
