Water is great and I like the biodegradable packaging but the box that it comes in is evil (slippery and thin sharp cardboard). I must have put it down too quickly and the cardboard handle holds sliced open my hand in 2 places pretty brutally.

I started drinking Flow about a month ago and I can already feel the difference in my body. The mineral content and alkalinity give me more energy and less acid reflux. I have tried other alkaline waters but I didn't feel as good and I think that's because of the mineral content. I'm also thrilled that it doesn't come in a plastic bottle and the company values the environment. I know it's a little more expansive than regular bottled water but I think it's worth it for my health and the earth's.

Good water, I bought it for the higher alkalinity aspect but didn't PH test any of it. I like the convenient and environment friendly packaging. However, had to dock a star because out of a couple cases I had one bottle with a leak (see pic). Came from right under the plastic looking seal, that's not acceptable. Maybe it was just a fluke and not the norm. I have one more case to go through and then I'll decide whether to purchase again.
