The plastic bed pan crumpled weirdly under the weight of my elderly mother (who only weighs about 155 pounds) and we cannot get it to go back to its original shape. We got less than one use out of it and a horrible embarrassing mess to clean up. So glad I didn't pay more for it.
Worst product, ordered twice , no bags where included, only pad

They deceive you with the pictures showing a roll of bags and only include one bag and 24 pads, requested a refund first time thinking it was a handling issue, but it happened again the second time. Don't waste your time/ money
