Overall I can't recommend the shaker, I really wanted this to work but it leaked less then a month of onwning it. If it could be redesigned where the lid is secured better and maybe have some sort of screw on lid, I think this would be a great shaker bottle.

The convince of having two different drinks mixed in one cup.

CONS
Leaked within one month of owning it.
The lid really doesn't inspire confidence I always feel like I am going to accidentally pop it open at the gym.
Also If you don't like your Pre/Post workouts really strong don't buy this due to the smaller space for water it makes your mixes very strong.

Love the idea! Good plastic material. Convenient to use. However, each size is 14 ounces once you close the cap and fill the water. When the cap is out, it holds less water, maybe 10ounces? Here is the thing.. i put 2 scoops of protein in one sode and filled with wayer when the cap was open (10ounce).. shaked it (shakes well btw).. it was toooo thick. I had to close the cap, drink some and fill with more water when the cap was closed. And it was perfect. You can close the cap and then fill woth water to the top (14ounce), but that wouldnt work because you need alme shaking space). Overall, ill give it 4 stra outta 5.. happy with the purchase. Just needs to be bigger..

I decided to switch the style of bottles I buy because the traditional blender bottles I use keep breaking around the threading. These bottles look nice, the screen at the top is a nice change from the spring ball, although I believe the spring ball is more effective. On the blender bottle the protein gets stuck around the pouring spout on these it gets stuck in the bottom. Narrow base is good for the cup holder, but terrible to clean out, unless you have alien fingers you need a bottle cleaner. I thought they would be large enough to accommodate 2 drinks but honestly, BARELY! With my protein I measure out 8 ounces of water and I need 10-14 ounces but there's no room for powder if I try for 10 ounces. It raises the level above the screen and doesn't blend well. Works fine for Preworkout, and works fine as a water bottle. It does work for protein powder it just needs a little more work with my routine. I like the latches or threading but I'm wondering how they will hold up.

The dual sides don't run into each other, and I have never had a leak while shaking it. It did leak on me once, but that was my own fault for putting a fizzy tab on top of the mixer grate and then closing the lid. My favorite thing about this is that since it doesn't have a shaker ball, it doesn't rattle in the car. That drives me nuts. I also really like the snap on design as opposed to threads on the lid. The size of it is perfect. At 5"0", I am quite small, and I have no problems with it being too big to comfortably hold in my hand. It has a little thing that you could put a small clip in to clip it to a bag if you wanted, but I haven't tried that. I also haven't tried taking one of the mouth opening lids off and using it as a scoop. I have been using mine all day everyday for about three days now (including grape flavored pre-workout and lemonade flavored electrolyte tabs) without running it through the dishwasher, and I haven't had a problem with any tastes lingering.Best shaker cup to date. And I've owned quite a few in my search for the ultimate shaker cup. I use this daily and it is very functional when it comes to having my protein shake with me at the gym during workouts. I keep my BCAAs separate from my protein, I don't like mixing the fruit flavour of the BCAAs with the protein shake, so this cup is ideal. During my workouts I can sip on either one.
I read on some reviews that the snaps broke off, so I'm particularly careful when opening the cup to fill or clean. I make sure not to pop the snaps too high up and when locking the lid back onto the cup I make sure to press down on the lid to avoid any strain. The plastic is very thin where the snaps pivot, and when I first got the cup (with the black lid) there was a white create on the hinges, you know like what happens when plastic is stressed by bending.

I LOVE this shaker. I was so thrilled to test this product because I am an avid greens / superfood drinker, and now I can have two of my drinks in one cup. Many times I take my superfood mixes with me -- while riding, walking, shopping, and especially while I'm on the road. Before I had to blend everything together, which was OK, but it's not my preferred choice.

Observations:
* First off, this bottle is made right in the USA with BPA free plastic. It feels very durable, and awesome in hand. It really is a nice solid bottle.
* I love the 4 point snap-on lid. It's a very secure design. Threading on normal lids can be a bother sometimes, and they also wear out after much use. This lid secures exceptionally tight, and the added seal ensures nothing is leaking out. I shook this thing to death and held it upside down, and experienced no issues with any of the contents leaking out.
* The drinking spouts are nice and wide, and allow for very generous sips. The snap closures on them are also very tight and seal well. However I did notice slight leaks from them if I didn't press them down securely enough. When I did, no more small leaks were experienced.
* The mixing grids work really well for distributing your powders without leaving clumps behind. I never used anything like this before, and I was very impressed with the results.
* No spill-over. After vigorously shaking this bottle, each side remained in its respective compartment with absolutely no cross-contamination. If you're wanting to keep one side dry for a place to store vitamins (etc), be confident nothing will spill-over.
* Great capacity. Each side can hold 14oz of liquid, which makes for a generous 28oz bottle. More than enough for my needs.
* Love the transparent design. It allows me to see my mixing/shaking progress.
* Comfortable grip/ergonomic shape. This cup feels great in hand and isn't too large to hold onto securely (even for smaller hands).
* I appreciate the measurements listed on the side, which allows you to skip dirtying another measuring cup (if required).

Conclusion:
I'm glad I have two of these bottles because I know my husband will try to steal mine. He works up north and thrives off his superfood blends. Now he can take this to work and have double the drink on the go.

I'm really pleased with this bottle. It works exactly as advertised. Oh, and the price is also awesome.
