This item was purchased for a diabetic who has poor circulation issues and whose had two toe amputations. It is absolutely imperative that she keep her feet clean and all wounds sterilized but she's getting older and has trouble bending to reach her feet. As such, this is a lifesaver, and according to her works well. The prongs are a little stiff, but she says that even with sores on her feet they're not stiff enough to cause pain, and in fact that washing her feet with this is a pleasurable experience.
Helps a lot if you have horrible feet like mine that need constant attention lol

Others have said and I agree needs to be a larger size. It is sized for a petite woman just my opinion. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
Works well. No odor problems with the mat for me I hang it on a shower caddy when not in use.

The scrubber is ok. It's little rough on my feet and it doesn't stick to the tub. I have sensitive feet, so this may be the reason why it's so rough for me. I still use it, just not every time I shower. The file is VERY good. It takes dead skin off easy and pain free. I'm giving it three stars because it arrived very fast (2 days) and I like the file. But the scrubber itself isn't the best purchase.
It's true, the smell is horrible and not for sensitive tfeet

Okay, I thought people writing about the smell were over sensitive and that It'd be no big deal. Well it smells like skunk. Two weeks later and it still smells like skunk when I open the shower door. Also, its very hard on sensitive feet. I could only stand to use it on my heels

Intense! Before today, I would have described myself as mildly ticklish. This little kit brought me to my knees. I'm just thankful no one else was home at the time.
