Be careful when opening it come out pretty fast. Shake it upside down & hold it where the flip top is facing up when opening. Squirt a dime size in palm, little more for thicker hair. A little goes a long ways. Lather up & leave on for 3 minutes, rinse and do the same with conditioner. My fine hair came out really soft. Only used 3 days & my hair feels great. I'll come back and add more of a review after I've used it for a month.
