Anyone that does a full day at Disney knows your feet the next day HaTE you. Well for me after a full Disney day the next morning can be unbearable to just stand on them. I do have foot issues though so it may not be as bad for some. However putting this on at night the next morning while I still had tired achey feet I could actually just get up and walk vs spending the first 30 minutes getting my feet to work for me.
