Space we needed, assembly took time. Some damage in shipping.

This was ordered as a single storage and charging station for full-sized laptops and not tablets. Hard to find something big enough, and this does work. There was some damage in shipping which bent one panel and one corner. We were able to get the assembly done. It was more work than we anticipated but generally the instructions were good. Hardware could be sorted and labeled better.

Product is just as described. Needed something to charge IPads and Chromebooks for my classroom, and this worked perfectly. Assembly did take some time, but the instructions were not to difficult to follow. I was missing 2 screws, called customer service, and Michael was most helpful and overnight-ed me the screws!! Customer Service gets 5 Stars as well. I was also surprised to see that the shelves were padded? They did not look padded in the image, so that was a nice surprise. For the price, i don't think this unit can be beat. I was very happy with my purchase. If you on the fence, i say purchase the item, i think you will be happy you did.
Missing Parts

There were two missing brackets so I could only assemble one power strip. We called regarding the missing parts and were told to email. So we emailed and I never heard anything back and still never received the missing brackets.
