I had bunion surgery that went really wrong several years ago. I have a lot of pain in my foot and the bunion is back. It was affecting my ability to walk dogs at the animal shelter where I volunteer bc I was in so much pain. Every time I would put on a regular sock and my toes were pinched together, it was excruciating. I bought these to keep my big toe from rubbing on my second toe. It worked and I've been been able to walk at the shelter for twice as long. My feet are virtually pain free at the end of the day. I like that they are thin so they don't add bulk inside my shoe and work well for my purpose. The do wish that they were a little cuter and formed to my arch a little better but I highly recommend them!
