It's comfy and cozy. The fit definitely runs big. I wear an xl t shirt, but was swimming in the xl size of this. Large works, but is also big. It fits over a heavy sweatshirt no problem so I'm sure a medium would be the correct size as single layer shirt jacket. Pretty light weight which adds to the comfort for me but not super warm.

It is perfect for when working out in the cold. It can be used as a jacket too. The sizes are a bit big so you can down size. The fuzzy part is only on the vest part and the sleeves are like a bomber jacket fabric on the inside.
