Having 3 small children, it's difficult to find time to go to the salon so now I can wax in the privacy of my own home. This product is the perfect size for personal use. Its not to big and bulky or too small for anything. The included wax beads are very small, melt fast, and efficient in removing even the coarsest of hair. I can also use blocks of wax in this item if I want. The unit has a clear cover so I can see when the wax is completely melted so no need to lift lid multiple times. It did not take long for the wax to heat up and be ready for use. I have sensitive skin and it is not irritated. Don't get me wrong, it does hurt a little when I pull off the wax, but only for a few seconds. Clean up is a breeze. I just followed the instructions and did not have any issues. I am a waxing expert now.
