Item was as described and was shipped quickly and well packaged. Fitted to my Porter Cable circular saw, I was able to breakdown 4x8 sheets of 3/4 ply and fiber insulation boards quite easily. Easy to set up on my PC saw and just as easy to remove. When placed back on saw, setup remained the same. Much easier than trying to use my table saw in my small shop. Only downside was it didn't fit my small Dewalt battery circular saw. This saw has an upturned bottom plate in front and though an angled piece is provided to help these types of plates fit, it wasn't tall enough to securely attach to this saw and keep rear of plate in contact with with guide. As you tighten the anchoring screws in the front of the saw plate, the rear of the plate would lift off the carrier due to the steep upturn at front of saw base. It did fit my PC like a glove. Very secure. All in all this is a very useful addition to my shop. Very pleased with vender and item.

Haven't used it yet, but it should do exactly what I want it to do. Will use it with my little Ryobi One+ saw so that I don't have a tendency to pull it off straight. I imagine the heavier the saw, the more you will tend to go crooked. I believe the key is not to push, but to let the saw do it's thing, going forward only fast enough to keep up with the blade. I should give this 5 stars but am concerned with the tool's durability due to the rip fence being constructed of plastic and attached to the aluminum scale with 2 screws. That said, this thing works. Setting up the Rip-Cut is a bit fussy but taking the time to understand the set up and getting the scale, slide, and pointer aligned with the rip fence is well worth the effort. Once I was satisfied with the setup, I ripped a piece of scrap MDF as a test. The final width of the test piece was dead nuts on with the scale setting. So, if a person looks at Youtube demos of this tool and reads the comments that say the tool is inaccurate, the tester or commenter likely did not set the tool up well. One nice thing is that the tool holds the saw tightly, allowing the saw to be stopped and started in the middle of a cut with no visible saw marks in the cut edge. I will be using the tool to cut paneling into strips for a ship-lap wall treatment and have confidence that the tool will make consistent width strips. At this point, the amount spent on the tool is well worth it. But how long will the tool last?

I had to rip 12-15 sheets of OSB for several projects and this thing worked like a charm for clean, fast, repeatable cuts.

The attachment to your saw takes a few minutes, but once its dialed in you can just keep cutting. It really helps to have a plywood cutting box to help keep your work stable and flat while making cuts. (If you haven't seen or built a plywood cutting box and plan on making a lot of cuts, you should do yourself a favor and google some plans).

This is simple yet phenomenal!. I was able to rip cut 8/4 maple ambrosia, very accurately. I could have never done that with just the saw and a regular guide. The reason is because I had to repeat the same cut half a dozen of times, due to the material thickness. Moreover, I cut several boards, and they were all uniform!. It looks like I did these cuts with a professional table saw!. It is amazing yet easy to set and install.
