Don't waste the money

As photo illustrates, these flat bungees are not robust and should not be used for anything other than very light duty. The hooks attach to cord by way of a small hook piercing the cord. The shroud that holds this in place is not secured and can be easily dislodged. I wasted money on this and am using them to hold garden tools etc vs strapping down tarp in trailer as intended.

These work. And they preform their core function well enough. But they aren't very well put together which can cause major problems. The strap is fixed to the hook with a sharp metal hook that has been pushed through the strap. There are a number of issues with this. When the black box under the visible hook comes undone it exposes the sharp metal piece. If that comes undone it can cut you or damage your stuff. Also, I question the durability of a strap that is ultimately only secured by a small metal hook that has torn through it.
That said, I used these and they work pretty well. So I guess I can't complain too much
