I was impressed by the stylish cufflinks. In addition, there are 6 studs for the shirt. My shirts only have 4 button holes for the studs but I will have a seamstress take out one of the buttons so that I can use an additional stud, leaving a spare in case I lose one. Other gentlemen may choose to have two spare studs.
