I like this product however, my husband gets very tired of the keto diet which is why I bought it in the first place. I will still use it on occasion because it's very good a great alternative to sugar if that's what you're looking for all my baked goods turned out well with this product.

As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I was trying to find a sugar replacement for baking, and a friend in Norway recommended this to me, so I gave it a try despite the shockingly high price. Well, it's amazing "” I've tried several non-nutritive sweeteners and several brands, and nothing even comes close to Sukrin Gold (and that includes the other Sukrin products, which I don't find as good in texture or taste as this one.) I've used it in recipes calling for brown sugar, regular sugar and powdered sugar, and it has worked extremely well for all of them as a 1-to-1 replacement. I even did a whipped cream/cream cheese frosting with this, and it was perfect "” no graininess and no aftertaste. I'm currently in Sweden and am planning to load my suitcase with this stuff. It's still expensive here, but $10.50 a bag beats $15 in the U.S. If you're serious about sugar-free baking, this stuff is absolutely worth the price, though!

I love brown sugar. I use it in lots of things, including my coffee (makes it taste like Werther's coffee candies if you add a little butter). But I live a mostly keto life, so I eliminate sugar and the sugar high wherever I can. This is one of the easiest substitutions I've found. Do it and you'll never look back. The only downside is it's a little pricey, but everything is these days, right?
