Pretty tree and very easy to assemble. But it's 1/2 a foot short from the amazon advertisement. Been on customer service over and hour between balsam hill and amazon. Not a good experience. Balsam Hill says they can't guarantee height. Amazon said it has to be addressed thru Balsam Hill. Balsam Hill said Amazon has to service. Thank god an amazon rep is talking to the company now to see what can we done (Erika is a rock star) but the jury is still out whether I can get the tree I want in a reasonable time before X-mas.

After reading a ton of these reviews I bought this tree. I'm very impressed. The quality is excellent. It does require a lot of time to get it to its full potential. Lots of fluffing. I suggest you make it a two day process. 1st day assemble and fluff. Start fluffing bottom section first before adding the next section. After a few branches I started lifting up and looking under each branch I was fluffing. This helped me to see other smaller branches that needed to be pulled away from the main one. This helped to create the full effect. Once I was done fluffing each branch upon the whole tree, I walked away. Upon return I clearly saw where I needed to adjust my branches. The next day I decorated it. The whole process took approximately 6 hours (I'm kinda ocd/anal retentive). The time was worth it. The tree is spectacular.

I was apprehensive about going artificial, but having just put up the tree, I'm thrilled. For all of my sixty-one years I have had real Christmas trees and that tradition has been an important part of my holiday season. Deeply concerned about the environment, I decided this year to try an artificial tree under the theory that if I keep it for many years it will be much more environmentally "friendly." But I was apprehensive and, frankly, pretty certain I'd be unhappy about it. Having just now put the tree up, I could not be more thrilled with the ease of doing so as well as the final appearance. As long as you take the time to fluff and arrange the many branches, you can achieve a very full and robust final presentation. Truly, the only thing it concedes to a real tree is that fresh pine smell...and I'll get that with some boughs and adornments that we'll add in the coming days. If you've been considering an artificial tree, I think you'll be very, very happy with this one.

I love this tree! The pics shown are practically out of the box, with very little shaping done yet. I picked it because of the reviews and the slightly wider width than other trees. It's risky buying a tree for this price without seeing it, and not being Prime, and beware, you won't be able to cancel, but I'm happy with my purchase.

After searching far and wide for a new artificial Christmas tree, I was happy to find this Balsam Hill Blue Spruce. I had heard good things about the company, but had always thought their trees were too expensive. This one was within my budget though and I am happy I purchased it. Artificial trees have severely gone down in quality at the big box stores, and I hate to see a tree get cut down, only to be thrown out a month later. This tree works perfect for me and is just gorgeous! It did not take that long to fluff up and there are very good instructions. The tree really looks real and I have received many compliments. There was one thing missing in the box, but Balsam Hill sent me the missing item and I was good to go. I am hoping this tree lasts me many years. The picture I included is with the tree only half decorated.
