Great gloves. Slightly short in the palm

Loved these gloves. The design is nice and they fit quite well. The palm is a bit short so I cut the tips of the fingers to be able to pull it further down and now they fit perfectly. Good grip. Not the greatest when you're playing in a field with dirt. Once the dust gets on them, it's hard to get the grip back without running water on them.
Kids gloves

These gloves were purchased for my 9 year old for his second full season of football.
The good:
- They are well made and withstood a season of football without any quality issues. This was for little kids football, so definitely not subjected to the abuse that high school or college football would put to them.
- The size was right. The first pair I ordered fit my son.
- I thought for the price it was good value that we got out of the gloves.
The bad:
- Not a product issue, but my son will surely outgrow these by next football season. I'm not settled on whether to get another pair or not. I think it's a good idea for kids to first learn how to catch a football with their hands, and not assisted by gloves. That being said, my son has had a lot of practice with his bare hands and this season with the gloves he had a couple pick six on defense and several offensive touchdowns. The gloves definitely help when everything is moving faster in a game.

Even though only one is playing flag football, my two boys have been fighting over who gets to use the gloves at home because they both think they look super cool when wearing them. They have held up well so far to multiple practices and games each week, as well as almost daily use in the backyard.
