It works super well to help cushion against my arm but it has to be adjusted a lot to be in the right place. The side with Velcro isn't padded and the cushion always rolls so that part is on my arm. I wouldn't want to carry it without it though!!!

The only complaint that I have is that the cushion will not stay turned the right way. The part with the velcro that is supposed to be on top wants to twist to the bottom. Otherwise, the cushion does make the carrier a little easier to carry.

Was kind of tricky to get on as it is made to fit tight. I can see why though...it does roll out of position sometimes, requiring a manual roll back.still provides a nice cushion, when in proper position.
