I wished it had mesh/zippered pouches on the two back parts of the carriers to put my cell phone, keys, ID, etc. The compartments below are too far to manage items that should have/need quick access.
The two pads that are included slide around all the time even with my pets in the carriers. Some Velcro could have resolved this.
Other than that, it's a good double, pet stroller, but probably not valued at what they're asking in price.

This is perfect for my fur babies! I had a minor hiccup when first putting it to get her but I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond. Turns out it was just a user error. It came pretty much put together and all I had to do was pop the wheels on. The only issue I had was the plastic wasn't taken off when they put it together so it's stuck on the stroller in some places. That's not enough for me to Not give five stars. Overall I love it!

Very easy to assemble. All you do is unfold the stroller and pop on 4 wheels. Easy to fold back up also. Each side has 2 tether straps to clip to the dog's harness. The sides are not very high, so securing them is critical so they can move around safely. Our dogs are 11 lb and 12.5 lbs. Both have plenty of room to stretch out. In the pic, they are both sitting towards the back and you can see there's a lot of space in front of them. My husband is 5'7" and the handle height is quite comfortable.
Today was our first walk, so we left the canopy open. Our dogs are both seniors, so we introduce new things slowly. They loved being out in the fresh air and smelling all the neighborhood scents. The only negative I have is it seems to be awkward to zip the canopy closed. That might be because I'm left-handed. I'm sure once I get used to it, it will work fine. The baskets under each seat are an ok size. Could fit poo bags, a couple of water bottles, and maybe a snack or two. Definitely not big enough for shopping.
Works great on sidewalks, ok in the grass, definitely not made for hiking trails.
