This product is TERRIBLE - The quality of the zipper and mesh parts that keep the dogs in the stroller is AWFUL. My dog got out of the stroller and almost ran away! So horrible - I am so disappointed with this piece of crap. What a TOTAL waste of money. Will NEVER buy from this company or this product again!

I almost did not order this stroller because of the negative reviews. I read it was difficult to assemble and of poor quality. Both things are untrue. Assembly took 3 minutes and it's beautiful. Maybe they are shipping them more assembled than when they first came out, but be assured assembly could not be easier. Thank you

The delivery was fast and the color was nice, however, when I took it out of the package the one screw that attached the canopy bar to the handle bar was stripped and couldn't be used. I didn't want to use a bigger screw to get it attached, just in case I would be find another problem or have an issue when using it. It also seemed to be wider than what was stated in the description and the paved area at the park where I'd be using it is just a little wider than the stroller. I put in a return request and received the return info within 48 hours which I though was good. The best part is on the return info they advise if you have any questions to please notify them, but they don't give you a phone number or even an email address to contact them. Needless to say, I am very disappointed..
