As soon as I opened my extensions I was very impressed with the color, texture, and thickness of the hair. It is very soft, shiny, and feels like human hair. I've had them installed for almost 2 weeks now and have washed and styled them a few times and they still look great. They have not slid down at all.
I removed a couple of extensions after 1 week because I didn't like the placement. They were very easy to remove and didn't leave a sticky residue as a lot of tapes do. I'm impressed with how well they are holding up because honestly, i didn't have high expectations for these. They do shed a little, but that is to be expected. I have been purchasing a different and much more expensive brand of hair extensions for over 4 years now and wasted so much money, as those were no where near as good of quality as Moresoo. I am really blown away with this product. I will be ordering again and hope the next product is just as good of quality!

I've purchased Moresoo hair extensions over ten times and will continue to do so. I keep coming back to this brand because of the quality. The fact that you can curl, straighten, and basically treat as your own hair is amazing. I've never experienced any shedding nor any fall outs. I do get them professionally installed and I retouch them every 8weeks. But I could probably go longer without retouching them, that's just the recommended time frame. They're worth every penny. Fast shipping.
Customer service is always great. I can go on and on about how great this company's products are. I've purchased a variety of hair extensions in different lengths and colors. But I'll let my most recent picture of my current hair extensions speak for itself.

For reference they're 20" black tape in extensions. 😊 may I also add I've never experienced damage to my hair using their products.

Where do I start...plus side they arrived very quickly I ordered tape-in extensions in 14 inch 16 inch and 18 inch all in 60A which is supposed to be white blond. Nothing white about any of these. The 16inch were so yellow that I returned for an exchange and again second set still yellow while the 14 and 18 inch are like a beige like ash blond..my hair is platinum white I literally had to strip toner from my hair tone the 16inch with purple shampoo just to have some type of a matching color. Then I literally spent 2 hours plucking out red hairs from every single tape I'm not even kidding it's absolutely awful im only wearing them cuz I had no other choice. I really had high hopes for there's but yeah no... and the shedding I experienced after I installed them was ridiculous like I had to clean my hair brush out twice before finishing brushing and I have a loop brush specifically for tape in extensions so it's not that....and I haven't do e the burn test but I'm pretty darn sure that these are mixed with synthetic hair . I have had 💯 percent human hair and these are so not..there's shiny bits throughout the hair and it won't even hold a curl I've had several different brands of extensions and theses are by far the worst ones ever but I'm stuck cuz I can't afford to buy other ones now not with being a single mom of 3 with only 1 income.
The shine and texture of them feels like the wig I wore for Halloween literally can't get them to blend with my hair at all.as soon as you brush them they literally Frizzell right up the ends are so plit that they look like extensions that have been worn for many many many many months already.
I truly am not one for leaving reviews let alone negative ones but I don't want anyone else to get stuck like I did with something soooo not what is being advertised.also the pics I have enclosed are all taken today Dec 6th I installed all the extensions Dec 6th they have only been in my hair for 8 hrs not washed not straightened not curled no hair products absolutely NOTHING and again there is absolutely no way this are 9a grade human hair with the amount of short split ends the frizz already I haven't slept in the or nothing. So now I'm out the money that I spent for theses 3 packs of extensions not are not at all what I expected fir the same price that I paid for all my previous hair extensions. So definitely read reviews watch videos and even then really think hard before you hit that purchase button cuz I know sadly I will not be.

MARTA FROM MORESSO is super sweet and great. She literally reached out to me in regards to my review and apologized and literally offered me over 50% of what I originally spent on my purchase. Less than a week...I have worked in retail/customer service most of my life and Marta is Definitely one of the absolute good ones at her job.
Customer service alone will make me purchase again in the future....

The first set of extensions I purchased were tape ins which I quickly realized my hair is too weak for them so the seller offered to exchange it for clip ins which is a much better fit for my hair needs. Now more important than a product to me, is how the seller treats the customers and in this case they went above and beyond I was not expecting an exchange at all as it was my fault to order tape ins but they were very quick to make it happen for me and this makes my experience very good! To feel like I am cared about as a customer. And as for the hair it is very full and I didn't not see any shedding as I have seen before with other products. I recommend purchasing from this seller all your hair needs.

My hair is taking foreverrrrr to return to its normal thickness since going through Chemo for breast cancer. Being very tired of wigs, hair pieces, hair clips etc.. I've tried them all and I'm getting very impatient so, I decided to splurge on Prime Day and bought 3 packs of the Moresso hair tape. Upon arrival the hair was nicely packaged, shiny, pretty color and so silky! I couldnt wait to try them out! Although it didn't match my hair color exactly I think it blended in okay. It was my first time ever installing hair tape but, I took my time and think I did a pretty good job. They definitely added length and volume! I was ecstatic just to be able to make a pony tail again!
Well, all was good until the next day. I was wearing my hair up in a clip and my son tells me he sees red string in the back of my head. LoL! I'm thinking he's messing with me and blow it off. Next day again, he tells me that I have red string in my hair and tries to pull it out. Long story short this weekend I tried to find this red string in the back of my head but, couldn't and decided to just remove the hair tapes. It was such a frustrating process because, I only had them in a week and they were in very good! I did finally find the red string! Several of the hair tapes actually had a bright red string (see pics) woven into them! I totally did not notice the red strings beforehand. I'm guessing I was probably more focused on the mirror behind me, not falling off my bathroom counter, and getting the hair tape in straight. Lol! I wasted so much money and time; I'm bummed! Maybe I'll try them again but, Moresso needs better Quality Control checks.
11/25/23: I updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because Moresoo Customer Service was very quick to respond and fix my concern! I wasn't expecting that since I've never received a response from a review especially a bad one but, I couldn't be happier with their prompt response to make things right and I will definitely be a returning customer and referring them to my female friends!
