I'm old so aches. Tried melatonin but residual effects next day weren't good. The atypical PM tablet works fine.
NOTE: if you drink alcohol alot, be careful as acetaminophen has black box warning. Over use with alcohol is liver toxic. I take PM before bed.

In their infinite wisdom, the company changed the cap from a plain yellow cap to a white child guard cap. Many older adults have arthritis in their hands. Fortunately, I still had my old bottle and was able to switch caps.
