After reading several reviews on this grill I decided to purchase one. Set up was relatively easy and all is well. I did discover rust spots on the grill dome handle which monument grill said they will send me a replacement. Until last week or so I discovered flame marks on the grill dome (see pics). This grill was purchased a month ago. Also the grill gets very hot on the high setting but on the lowest setting it does not go any lower than 400 degrees. I contacted monument grill and Amazon and received a full refund for my purchase. Monument grill did offer a replacement but my confidence in the quality, performance and durability of their product was not good. I gave this product 1 star but their customer service I would have given 4 stars.
Great grill with just a couple small negatives

Solid grill, easy enough to assemble. It took me about 30-40 minutes to put it together. The instructions are adequate. The grill itself is the same or better than what you will find in the big-box stores. It cooks well, hotter than my last grill. Also, the searing burner gets very hot, and will definitely sear... The window is really nice, as it allows you to look at the food without opening the cover.
I gave it 5 stars, I'd really have given it 4.5 if it were available for the following, small, complaints. First, there is enough play in the wall attachment to the base that it can be slightly out of square. The first time I put it together the doors didn't mate up evenly. If you loosen the screws on the bottom, move it into true and re-tighten, it's fine, but that's not in the instructions, you just have to figure it out for yourself. One of the panels was dented, but it didn't affect the grill and was out of sight inside the cabinet. And the nit-pickiest one is that one of the supplied batteries was dead.
All in all, I'm happy with it and would recommend it.
