I ordered the product as a gift and it was as expected. However, it was shipped in an unpadded Amazon bag. The label on the cup was pretty rough and looked like it had a rough trip, but the mug held up, so I will keep it and apologize to the receiver. I would have expected Amazon shipping to choose a better container to ship something like this.

At first I was quite skeptical. The price is higher than normal insulated tumbler and I just couldn't see how it would be worth the price. I finally decided to give it a try. The Yeti tumbler is worth every penny! I place ice water in it at night. I still have ice water in the morning and into the next day. I put hot coffee in my YETI in the morning and my coffee is still hot hours later. A friend had cancer and her chemo treatment was several hours. She would get hungry during her treatment and would want something to eat (usually soup). She would bring hot soup to her treatments. A few hours into her treatments she would pull out her YETI. She had hot soup to help sooth her discomfort. I highly recommend.
Finally! A real tumbler that keeps hot hot and cold cold!

I've been trying to talk my husband into a Yeti for a couple years. Got tired of all the complaining about lids not being cleanable; drinks not hot nor cold. Decided, that's it! Great tumbler. I only use it for cold drinks and it works great. I don't use the lid and I find that it still keeps the drink cold for a long time. How long I don't know, I'm not they type to let a drink just sit there for hours. Definitely recommend it. It's easy to clean but if you have a big hand you'll have to use a brush.
