Five Stars

Very comfortable. This teal color matches my Neoair almost perfectly.
Edit 05/17/18: this thing is leaking! I'm on a two months bike touring overseas. I've been camping out every night and this pillow last for only one week! I gave it a 5-star rating originally back home when I first tried it for couple weeks. It worked great then.

It's a very slow leak so it's very hard for me to check. The pillow stays fairly firm but slowly deflated almost completely in about three to four hours. Perhaps it's the valve?

I've been taking extreme care with this pillow as with anything I have with me on these tours.

Updated 05/19/18 I finally had the chance to find the sources of the leaks. Either this is a major design failure or just poor workmanship or both. When inflated and submerged in water I can see a stream of tiny bubbles oozing out at the seams where your neck should be! It's about 3 inches long along the seals where the top and bottom parts are glued.

I'm not happy!
Perfect for motorcycle road trips!

I got two of these for a motorcycle trip across USA this summer. I haven't actually used them in the "real world" yet, but after we received them and tried them at home and examined them, my wife and I both agree that they certainly seem to be a quality item, are comfortable, and will serve us well. These pack up small enough to be barely noticeable. In fact, my plan is to pack them in with our sleeping bags... we'll never know they're there until will actually unpack the sleeping bags. My wife sewed some pocketed pillow cases to put them in just to make them a bit easier to handle, keep clean and to make our road experience more "homey". Great item!
Trouble holding air(Updated)

I received my Trekology pillow today and found that it has a slow leak. I inflated the pillow as instructed (not overly full), and after an hour of being inflated I was able to notice the pillow was slowly losing air. After another hour the pillow was deflated so much that it would have been useless. I really like the feel of the material, size and weight of this pillow, but was disappointed that it was losing air to a point where I would have to re-inflate a few times throughout the night. I have emailed the company about this issue and will hopefully have a reply and replacement soon.

Update: I received an email back from the owner of the company not long after I contacted them. He was very friendly and professional. Not only did he apologize for the malfunction of my original pillow, but he sent me two replacement pillows. I judge a company by how well their products are, but also the way they treat their customers. This company has gained a customer for life. My new pillows both are functioning perfect. Like I mentioned with the first pillow, the feel and comfort of these pillows are excellent. Quality at an affordable cost. Thanks Sherman and Trekology.

So I really would give it a 3.5 stars if I could. It's lightweight, compact, comfortable, and easy to use. The main issue I have with it is that after maybe 5 uses, it's starting to lose air overnight. It isn't losing enough to make it uncomfortable, but it's losing more than I thought it would this far into owning it so it makes me weary of how it will do further into the future. The second thing I dislike is related to the air retention. The mechanism for keeping the air in the pillow is something new to me. It's a button that you press to lock and unlock the piece that holds the air in. It seems like a bad way to keep the air in and like it could fail pretty easy down the road. Overall, this pillow is definitely worth a try for $15, but if you need a super relaible pillow that will be used almost daily, I'd probably go with something else. That said, this is my first blow up pillow that I've owned, so for all I know they may all have the same problems. If that's the case, then this is a very good value.

I am impressed with this pillow. I purchased two so I can also place one to create a gap between my knees that keeps my spine happy. This pillow works well for both that and for laying my head upon.

The pillow has a one-way valve that includes an open/close push lock. In the closed position, filling is super easy. The valve is not at all restrictive except for it's size, which is generous, so you can blow full force into it if you want. Exhaling as normal also works, so you can easily fill it at the end of a long day's trek without feeling taxed. Takes me 4-5 exhales to fill the pillow taught. There is an outer cap to protect the valve from dirt accumulation so I expect many years of service.

After a night's rest, a finger push into the valve housing locks the valve open for easy depressurization and packing. Air exits as fast as you can flatten the pillow, so you can be on your way at first light, or take time to enjoy an awesome sunrise or breakfast.

The fabric is of a weight that I feel strikes a good balance between weight and durability. It's light enough for me to pack two of them for 12 day excursions, but I don't expect one will fail me as long as I don't try to sleep with it directly on jagged rocks. That said, the fabric appears to have enough elasticity that only a knife edge should present a hazard.

The top is slightly brushed to give it that feel of fleece. It's not fleece, doesn't feel like fleece, and doesn't insulate like fleece, but it does feel more comfortable against the skin than non-brushed fabric.

This pillow has been good for placing between my outstretched arm and my head while sleeping on my side. When on my back, I prefer to turn it 180º from the illustrations, it is more comfortable for me that way. I bring two cotton shirts for sleeping, wrapping this pillow in one is a delight.

I do not know the weight rating of these pillow, but placing one in a packable chair makes for some super comfy sitting.

This pillow has worked so well for me, I've been able to tone down my weekend warrior glamping with the scouts. Instead of taking my lodge tent, a cot, and regular pillows, I now am happy with my three person packable tent, a decent air mattress, and these awesome pillows.
