This is the second ZAAP Heavy Duty Throw Line Rubber Dart Mat we have bought as we use them in our two vacation homes games rooms. They tend to get rough handling from guests and the first ZAAP mat seems to have stood up better than another brand mat. This meant that we selected ZAAP as the replacement when we found the other brand mat damaged in December. Price and delivery were very good - this was important as we were only in Florida for 2-3 weeks over the Festive Season. Hopefully both mats will give us some years of good service.

We've been using our mat daily now for almost two years, and have had no complaints. It is true it needs a couple days to out gas the rubber smell, but after that you're good to go. The floor below our board is natural wood, so this mat has saved us many new holes that would have been created by bounce-outs.

The Dart Mat arrived quickly and in good condition. Easy to "install", just rolled it out and that was it! Works very well, no more holes in the floor. As a couple other reviewers noted, it smells a little when first rolled out. No problem if you just leave it out for a couple days. Then just roll it up to the wall and roll out to have a game. Very good value, good product. Good vendor. Satisfied. Would recommend.

I did a fair bit of product research for a dart throw mat on Amazon. I live in an apartment and have a laminate floor. I have no complaints whatsoever. The mat provides adequate protection for bounce-outs and the throw lines are measured and marked correctly. It rolled out flat and settled in within a day. The mat is not slippery so you can play in socks (not recommended for safety reasons), does not move and cleans up easily. The only downside might be that it will take a couple days to out gas the rubber smell but that is to be expected from a material standpoint. So far so good!

UPDATE 5/9/2019:
Have been shooting darts daily on this mat about an hour a day for several months. It is holding up well and no white paint (line markers) has come off. LOVE IT!

This is a good quality mat. As others have mentioned, it's best to let it air out for 2 or 3 days before putting it in a room due to the new rubber smell. The smell is quite overpowering. One thing I wanted to mention: we have the mat on top of carpet and it slides just enough during each throw to be annoying. After about a half-dozen throws it needs to be straightened out. Maybe some sort of sticky tape would help, I don't know. It is very irritating to be in the rhythm of a game and have to stop to fix the mat.
