Excellent video instructions on installing. Nice quality. Used on a fiberglass/acrylic tub. 3 hrs to install but we took our time and didnt rush. Affordable to install for a handy do it yourself person. Allows family member to take care of own personal daily hygiene that would not be possible otherwise! Preserving their dignity and independence. Watch videos a few times through first and dont shortcut and follow the steps.

This was a great alternative to replacing my Mother's entire tub/shower unit for a walk-in shower. Easy to install but even if you have an extensive tool collection you will probably have to make a trip to the hardware store. I do feel the price is too high for 3 pieces of plastic and two tubes of adhesive. My husband didn't even get mad one time while installing!! Videos on YouTube are very helpful.

I have MS. I was having more and more difficulty getting into and out of the shower. Since I am 70 years old and living on Social Security I didn't feel I could afford a remodel of my current tub. I am certain it would have cost me well over $1,000.
My brother-in-law installed this insert for me. It took him a few hours. The YouTube video was extremely helpful to him. He had absolutely no problem installing it. It now looks like the tub was always this way. I am not handy with things like this and would not have attempted it.
I absolutely love it. The ease of getting in and out of the shower is such a relief to me. I feel safe once again.
I have not one complaint - ok maybe on small one. I had to wait 48 hours after it was installed to use it. I wanted to jump in immediately.
BTW it said I was going to have to wait three weeks for delivery. It took four days. I am one very satisfied customer.
