Been on 2 international trips and 4 domestic trips with these, checked bags every time, no issues with bending or breakage. Seems like a quality product and a good buy. Looks sharp coming around the bend and easier to spot my black luggage.
Unsure of how easy it will be to actually view the contact info quickly if airport personnel needed to do so. I have been called once before at my home airport while waiting for the gate to open because the luggage tag came off my bag so they called me to verify a newly printed tag. If they had to do that again with these and so quickly, I guess we'll see.
