Cold air back on the drivers side!ðŸ˜

This item fit my 07 Chevy Silverado new body style. I had hot air blowing out of the driver side AC vents when the air conditioner was on. I tried several times Re-setting the actuator doors But eventually it would not Reset. I Iinstalled this new actuator with very little Effort as instructed .Now Everything works as it should. The product appears to be of good quality, was packaged very well, I would recommend installing this new actuator as soon as possible, If you were having the symptoms I was. Save yourself some headache,And money.
2004 Silverado w dual climate control

Worked great for my 2004 Silverado with split climate controls. Took about 20 min to install and about 5-10 min to calibrate the controls. My driver side was either all hot or all cold. Sometimes it would go all the way to hot and not go back to cold until the truck was restarted. This fixed the problem at a great price.
Works perfectly and so easy to install !!!

Auto shops like Advanced and Auto Zone quoted me over $130 for this part. On a whim I looked on amazon. Ordered this, my neighbor installed it after removing the 3 screws that hold it in place. Works like a champ. I now have heat and a/c on the driver side. The problem with this part is all over the Internet. GM should have issued a recall because the problem is so wide spread but did not of course. It was installed in my 2004 Chevy Silverado LS extended cab. BTW a friend had this part installed on his Chevy......by the dealer.....over $400 bill.....ridiculous !
Fit my 05 Silverado

This fit my 05 Silverado easily and did not take long at all to install. It was the actuator just below the manual a/c and heat controls, but lower more like behind the ashtray. For my truck the driver's side air vents were blowing heat after a few minutes of running, when the a/c was set to cold. This part solved the problem and it now works correctly. This actuator is a 5 pin plug. There was a process to removing a fuse and replacing it to calibrate the part. Works perfectly and it has a lifetime warranty.

This part worked absolutely perfectly for the "mode" blend door on my Chevy Truck. Prior to replacement, I could not switch between defrost and feet and face. After installation, it worked perfectly. MUCH cheaper than OEM part. Its a bit tricky to replace given its tight location, but definitely doable by the average DIYer. There are youtube videos that show you how to do it. Part needs to be calibrated after installation. Just turn the key on and then off twice (on...not start) and wait. The actuators will cycle to their minimum and maximum ranges and then bam...it'll work.
