I use this for my jogging stroller since I like to see baby and she faces out. I just clip it on the front and can adjust to what I can see. it doesn't move around much either. It would be good to see any traffic coming in behind me too - but i like to see if she's napping or awake.

With my first baby, I kept sitting up in bed every time I heard her fuss in the Snoo. I hated that I couldn't see her through the side. With my second baby, I decided to get this so I could just take open my eyes and easily see if she was awake or moving around.
I will say it's harder to see at night opposed to during the day when there's much more light. I used this more during the day when I would nap next to her in the bassinet, but at night it wasn't as helpful.

Works for a rear view mirror

I've been looking for rear view mirrors for my father's John Deere Gator. It's the older style without a cab or roll cage. He's elderly and known to pull out in front of traffic without looking behind him. I wasn't sure if these would work but thought I would give them a shot. They do work for this purpose. I clamped them onto the fenders at the wheel wells, one on each side. You can adjust them and easily see what's behind you. Now I just hope he uses them.
Pros: Can be used for my intended purpose, the arm stays in place without wilting down, large enough to see what's behind you.
Cons: they're a little loose being clamped on a thin piece of plastic fender and then can move a bit at the clamp. A bit of rubber under the clamp spot to increase the thickness may be required later.
